If you are not satisfied with your FINDEISEN watch or an accessory product, you can send back unworn, undamaged goods that you purchased online at www.findeisen-uhren.com by email within 30 days of delivery for a refund Apply for the purchase price, provided that the goods are in their original condition and are undamaged.
 

Only orders placed on www.findeisen-uhren.com can be returned.

The goods cannot be returned to sales outlets.

Any product that does not pass the quality check by customer service (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components) will be returned to you with no refund.
A personalized product (embossing, engraving, etc.) cannot be canceled or returned after purchase.
